If you need any assistance with scheduling please give us a call at 586- 477-1337 We do require a deposit for your services scheduled, it will show your total when booking online and if scheduling through the salon a link will be sent to pay your deposit and hold your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance when needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Your deposit can be transferred if given this notice. Less than 48 hours it is non refundable. Thank you for being understanding of our stylist time. Hair adjustments - We take great pride in our work and all appointments involve a thorough consultation with realistic inspiration photos prior to service. However if anything does require adjusting, our salon policy is within 5 days of that appointment, We will get you scheduled in for any adjustments needed. Anything after the five days pricing varies. * Due to safety considerations & giving the most relaxing experience to all, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. Please note, there is a 3.5% convenience fee when paying by credit card
Your deposit is transferred only when rescheduling 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. The estimated 50% deposit is non refundable.
